Ski slopes and cable cars are located on the summit ridge and northern slopes of Medvednica. The trails begin almost at the very top - the mountain ridge - and continue gently along the summit ridge to the east along the White Meadow and steeply to the north side along the Red Descent. In addition to Crveni spust, the northern slopes, using the terrain configuration, extend to the Green, Blue and White slopes. The total length of the slopes is about 4,000 meters.

Three ski lifts, 2 ski lifts (on White and Green descent) and a three-seater cable car (on Red descent), have a total capacity of about 3,300 skiers per hour.
The Red Slope, White Meadow, Green Slope and part of the Blue Slope are equipped with an artificial snowmaking system. The ski slopes are groomed with modern machines for grooming ski slopes.
The ski resort lighting system also allows night skiing on Red descent and White meadow.

In addition to the conditions for recreational skiing, the Sljeme Ski Resort has for decades also provided conditions for holding all levels of ski competitions, including the most famous and prestigious FIS World Ski Cup races.
